“Muneem Zafar Khan Inaugurates Dr. Feroze Highway, Urges Unity in India-Pakistan Talks”

Alongside Vice Town Chairman Zia Jamei and North Nazimabad Town Chairman Atif Ali Khan, Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi, Muneem Zafar Khan, officially inaugurated the Dr. Feroze Highway, stretching from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office to 7-C Stop on Ghous Azam Road in the Buffer Zone. In addition to fireworks celebrating Pakistan’s historic victory, local residents expressed their gratitude to Jamaat-e-Islami for the construction of the road.

“We expect the rulers to return to the negotiating table as victors—just as we triumphed on the battlefield,” Muneem Zafar Khan told reporters.

He emphasized that the Indus Waters Treaty must be upheld, and noted that the Pakistani nation has demonstrated unity with the armed forces. The Pakistan Army dealt a significant blow to the enemy, effectively dismantling India’s hostile designs. He stated that during future negotiations, an apology should be demanded for falsely linking Pakistan to the Pahalgam incident and for the ongoing Kashmir issue.

He further criticized the Sindh government for continuously reducing opportunities in youth and child education. He highlighted persistent issues such as the repeated leaking of MDCAT examination papers and the overall mismanagement of the testing system.

Khan stressed that Jamaat-e-Islami has always gone beyond its means to serve the public whenever given the opportunity. He recalled that under the leadership of Naimatullah Khan, conditions in government schools saw significant improvements, with 32 new institutions established in Karachi.

He also praised the current town chairmen for enhancing facilities for both teachers and students in municipally managed schools, which has led to an increase in enrollment rates.
