Ongoing Tensions Between Pakistan and India: Remaining PSL 10 Matches Shifted to Karachi

Lahore: In the backdrop of escalating hostility between Pakistan and India, the Pakistan Cricket Board PCB has shifted all the rest of the PSL season 10 to Karachi.

The decision was taken in a meeting presided over by the PCB Chairman, after detailed discussions regarding the security scenario in this regard were held.

Of importance to note is that just a few days ago the PCB came out in the public announce that PSL Season 10 would go on as planned. However, because of current conditions, it has been agreed that the place has to be changed.

Earlier, some sources feared that due to the conflict between Pakistan and India the PSL matches would be postponed. But now Karachi has been declared safe place and hence it will host the remaining part of the tournament.

However, the feeling was cut short when the Pakistan Army Police captured yet another Indian Spy drone near the food street, adjacent to Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. When the drone was retrieved, security forces went ahead and surrounded the area so as to enhance the security by ensuring that no harm came near the area.
