Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) is the largest social safety net in Pakistan. It was started in July 2008 by the former Prime Minister of Pakistan Yousaf Raza Gillani with the instruction from President Asif Ali Zardari.

7. If you have a Kafalat letter, show it to the officer.
8. At the data entry desk, submit CNICs and B-Forms for your family.
9. All CNICs must match NADRA records (marriage, widowhood, disability, etc.).
10. The officer will ask about your family, income, health, and education.
11. Answer clearly and honestly. Ask if you don’t understand.
12. Give your active mobile number and keep your token slip.
13. After the survey, wait for a confirmation SMS from 8171.
14. You might also get a letter if you qualify for the Kafalat program.
15. To check results later, visit the website or go to the nearest BISP office.
16. Meet the Assistant Director or staff to ask about your eligibility.

2) Visit 8171.pass.gov.pk

Now you can visit the 8171 web portal and enter your CNIC number inside the tool. Fill the captcha and click on the check eligibility button.

How to Get Benazir Income Support Programme Kafalat Payment?

Once you have completed your registration, now you have to wait for the payment collection. The payments are disbursed at the start of each month. So you will get an SMS from the government of Pakistan about the confirmation of your payment.

You can collect your BISP payment from HBL bank or retailer in your tehsil. Follow these steps:

1. Wake up early in the morning and visit the nearest HBL branch.
2. Take your ID card with you.
3. Enter to the HBL branch and ask them to receive the Benazir income support programme payment.
4. You will need to pass the biometric verification with your thumb impression.
5. Get your payment, count it and leave the branch if there is nothing more that you need to know.

Benazir Taleemi Wazaif
