New York Times report slams indian media for stating lies during Indo-Pak Military Conflict 

A report published by New York Times says that Indian media spread extensive lies and fake news amid Indo-Pak tension. They went too far in sharing sheer absurdity such as India targeted Pakistan Nuclear Base.

Even the most credible news channels such as NDTV and reporters like Barkha Dutt reported that India shot down 2 Pakistani planes including f16 and also destroyed Karachi port.

American defense analyst Christine Fair called Indian claims of shooting down Pakistani planes nonsense as their is not evidence provided 

The New York Times states that during the four days military conflict between India and Pakistan, Indian media commentators were behaving like cheerleaders, all caught up in the excitement of war and celebrating this conflict.

The Indian media’s role was highly questionable during this whole situation. Their patriotic fever drove them to believe on such ridiculous claims
