Terror Attacks Across Balochistan Leave Seven Dead, 20 Wounded; Security Fears Grow Amid Claims of Foreign Involvement

The Balochistan district’s Qila Abdullah Bazaar saw a bombing on Sunday that left four persons dead and twenty injured. Levies sources claim that during the incident, a number of stores collapsed and several caught fire. Following the explosion, there was a firefight between the gunmen and FC staff. The injured had to be moved to Quetta because of the dearth of medical services in the area. Three persons were reportedly slain by terrorists in two different shooting events in the Panjgur district that same day. Although the province has previously had a number of shooting occurrences, the current scenario appears to be more concerning given that two days ago, two people—including a woman—were slain in shooting in the Kalat district of Kali Makai.
For a while, there has been similar evidence of terrorism in the province’s border regions. Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif is worried that India may commit acts of terrorism in several locations in the next few days, where the adversary may utilize bombings, suicide attacks, and gunfire as weapons. The nation’s security forces, along with their officers and staff, are already operating throughout the nation, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
Reports of connections between the Indian government and those who help terrorists hide in Afghanistan have surfaced in recent days, which makes it clear that the outlawed TTP may step up its terrorist actions in the days ahead, including infiltration into Pakistan. The majority of India’s illicit activities in Balochistan are carried out there. It is hoped that the security services will make sure that all such possibilities are completely eliminated.
