Ceasefire with Pakistan was two-sided; there was no role of Trump: Indian Foreign Secretary claims

US President Donald Trump’s stance on the Indo-Pak ceasefire problem was strongly criticized during a significant discussion in the Indian Parliament. Vikram Misri, the Indian foreign secretary, made it crystal clear that the cease-fire with Pakistan was entirely bilateral and that the US and no other third party were involved. The Foreign Secretary claims that despite the US President’s seven ceasefire declarations, he did not have Indian approval. While the Modi government denied any such role, Trump wanted to become the center of attention.
The opposition also asked that Trump repeatedly call Kashmir an international issue; was the Modi government silently involved in this process?
